The TC4427 device have matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a MOSFET. This device is highly latch up resistant under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings. They are not subject to damage when up to 5V of noise spiking (of either polarity) occurs on the ground pin. They can accept, without damage or logic upset, up to 500mA of reverse current
- High capacitive load drive capability of 1000pF in 25ns
- Consistent delay times with changes in supply voltage
- 7R at 25°C Typical low output impedance
- Latch-up protection - Will withstand >0.5A reverse current and down to -5V
- Input withstands negative inputs
- ESD protected of 2kV HBM
